How do I make a return?

If you are not happy with your club(s) we will take returns of unused clubs for a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of receiving your item. Contact us at groundhoghickorygolf@gmail.com with “Return” in your subject line. We will contact you to finalize shipping details and your refund. Custom made commissions will take a 20% restocking fee of the final retail price. For restoration services, please contact us if you are not happy with your restoration work.
This old golf club broke! Now what?

All the clubs we restore and sell at Groundhog Hickory Golf are originals made before 1935. Before sending them to you, we ensure that they are restored to a playable condition and are given a few test swings. However, 90+ year old objects sometimes break. If your club breaks during normal play conditions (i.e. only hitting it off grass or bunker sand) in your first two rounds please contact us, and we can discuss the possibilities of repair or replacement. We will not replace or repair clubs that were broken through hitting off abnormal conditions (rocks, tree roots, cart paths, etc.)or clubs that were broken in other circumstances (i.e. deliberately snapping it, striking objects other than golf balls, or using it for non-golf activities).
